Savannah
Chatham County
The largest market in our radius and the widest range of work — residential foundations, commercial building slabs, courtyard and pool-deck flatwork, and elevated decks on multi-storey structures. We cover the metro around it as well: Garden City, Port Wentworth, Wilmington Island, Tybee Island, Georgetown and Bloomingdale.
- Commercial slabs and pads
- Residential foundations
- Courtyard, pool deck and entry flatwork
Pooler & the west Chatham corridor
Chatham County
Continuous residential and light commercial growth west of Savannah. Larger pads and longer continuous pours are common here, which usually means boom-pump placement and a full finishing crew on site.
- Commercial pads and building slabs
- Production-home foundations
- Sidewalks, aprons and dumpster pads
Richmond Hill
Bryan County
Residential subdivisions and custom lots south of Savannah. Work here looks much like the Bluffton side of the line: builder foundations first, flatwork following the framing.
- Builder foundations and slabs
- Driveways and rear patios
- Garage and addition slabs
Rincon & Effingham
Effingham County
More acreage and more outbuildings. Shop floors, pole-barn slabs and long approach driveways make up more of the work here than they do closer to the coast.
- Shop and pole-barn floors
- Long approach driveways
- Residential foundations
The Landings & Skidaway Island
Chatham County
Established homes on mature, heavily wooded lots inside a gated community. Access decides the job here more than the concrete does: gate procedures, narrow approaches and tree canopy that keeps a mixer off the pour, which usually means pumping. We price that in from the start rather than discovering it on pour day.
- Driveway replacement and widening
- Pool decks, patios and walkways
- Decorative and finished flatwork
Statesboro
Bulloch County
Inland and away from the coast, where the work changes character: more acreage, more outbuildings, and more student-housing and light commercial construction than you see in the beach markets. Bigger, simpler pours are what make the drive out there make sense.
- Shop, barn and equipment slabs
- Multi-unit and light commercial pads
- Residential foundations
Ellabell & Pembroke
Bryan County
The corridor around the Hyundai plant, and the fastest-changing ground we work on. Housing, supplier buildings and site infrastructure are all going in at once, which means larger pads, tighter schedules and boom-pump placement as the norm rather than the exception.
- Commercial pads and building slabs
- Production-home foundations
- Aprons, sidewalks and equipment pads
Hinesville & Fort Stewart
Liberty County
Steady housing turnover driven by the post, with a lot of replacement work on homes built decades apart to very different standards. What we find under an old driveway here varies more than anywhere else we pour, so we look before we quote.
- Driveway removal and replacement
- Residential foundations and slabs
- Patios, walkways and carport pads
Verify before publishing Ridgeland, Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, Hardeeville, Beaufort, Savannah and Rincon appear in Salgado’s existing public coverage. Okatie/Sun City, Pooler, Richmond Hill and the Effingham area were recommended targets in the strategic review rather than confirmed history, and Charleston, Walterboro, The Landings/Skidaway Island, Statesboro, Ellabell/Pembroke and Hinesville/Fort Stewart were added on the owner’s instruction without project references yet — confirm you have worked in each, and add a real project reference to each card. Charleston and Statesboro in particular sit well outside the home radius: make sure ready-mix supply and crew travel work there before leaving them on the map. Remove any area you cannot service profitably rather than leaving it on the map.
